Infrastructure Services
Cleva offers infrastructure services for the Cleva Software solutions. The infrastructure is hosted on certified data center’s provided by partners and uses high speed interconnected communication lines.
Services include:
- Infrastructure provisioning and management: provides and hosts the infrastructure with services for monitoring, system configuration, backups, user account management, amongst others.
- Application monitoring and operation: monitoring and control of Cleva applications being executed in the infrastructure, including batch control and execution of recurrent procedures.
- Disaster recovery: providing data replication and an alternative infrastructure to ensure the continuity of business in case of disaster.
- Consulting: includes the identification of activities to improve work processes and the use of infrastructures, namely performance analysis.
- Service management: incident and client requests, contract and services improvement.
